Unprofessional & unhelpful student support

I am so disappointed in the way Milpark treated me, first of all I failed a module which I studied the most and was well prepared, but clearly the markers failed to do their job & make me fail. secondly even though I am suppose to get a supplementary exam, they saying they don't have a sup for next semester for this module. Thirdly I app**** for remark within 5 days and they didn't action it and now they telling me I am late. I wouldn't recommend anyone to study through Milpark, their support service staff doesn't know anything and they very unprofessional. they simply don't care.
