Unprofessional institution
Before considering to study with Milpark read this.
A very unfair institution.
I wrote an exam and they said I breached the policy and they provided evidence as a video.
When i watched the video I can’t see anything that they stating that I’ve breached the policy on and now I have to have a long wait for them to make a decision.
I was doing 2 modules at once and mismatched the submission dates of one module.
I reported the matter support team. It took them days to respond and had to follow up so that i could get an answer. I had to pay R420 for an appeal 🤦🏻♂️ . After a long wait I got an outcome stating that my appeal was declined because a mismatch of the submission date is not a valid reason and now I can’t write my examination and have to redo the module at my own cost .
We the students appeal there are always excuses and rejections but they are very unprofessional on their side as they take forever to respond to student requests
Milpark is unprofessional

Milpark has deadlines for appeals etc but on their side they take forever to respond.

I just saw that my appeal was rejected again today.
So with Milpark a student will have to redo a module by just forgetting to submit an assignment by the due date?
Not even an opportunity to accept the assignment and penalize in order to get access on writing the exam.
No I have to pay +-R7000 because I just missed an assignment deadline.
Milpark is a not a fair institution and I feel that i should share with others because this is really not fair
