Unprofessional, Greedy & ***********

1 star is still too good a rating for Milpark. I am appalled by the incompetence and failure of service delivery from Milpark. I have been registered with them since 2018. I have had continuous problems with regards to registrations and "student advisor assistance". I registered this year but the modules i selected were incorrect on my registration pack as well as the learning modes were automatically changed from what i requested. As soon as they get your signature on the application for registration form, they don't care about you after that. I received an invoice requesting for payment to made 30 days from the date the email was received yet the amount is much more than what i signed for.

I called in numerous times requesting to speak to someone in management to sort out my issues but literally NO ONE CALLED. I would really like to know who the head of Milpark is and deal with them directly as what supposed to be a bursary funded degree has costed me out of pocket expenses which is so unfair.
