Unprofessional educational institution and lost of their integrity

For a institution, this place is one of the most unprofessional educational institution thus far in South Africa. I would not recommend this institution to any business or student. I been phoning and emailing them for three week and no replay. I wait for more then 15 to 20 minutes to get through to a person that lies straight into my face and i thought that institution are not allowed to. I thought this place is professional but it seems i am wrong. While writing this i got a email stating that books was released and received, but there is no signature on anything. So what does this tell you, a company that lies and ***** people out of their money? Look at the reviews and that is proof enough for this company to be reviewed. Educational institution is supposed to be professional, but it seems they dont know the definition of it. This institution has lost it's integrity. I have a week and a half left to do my assignments, i received no books and their ebook on their website doesn't work. So if anyone knows how i can resolve this, help will be highly appreciated or which regulatory body i can log a complaint with.
