Unhappy Studnet

I am very unhappy with Milpark's feedback on my deferral request. I had to sit for the exam on the 16th of May. When I signed in on the Milpark site my laptop froze. I rebooted the laptop and it kept rebooting itself, resulting in me missing the allocated time slot. Milpark wants me to pay the full module fee and repeat the module
