Unhappy student

If it was up to me I won't even select 1 star, I attended the graduation on the 17th, you guys didn't even have people on the first floor to communicate with the students, we had to guess which line was for what, terrible,your service just amazes me, further more, the communication did not state the we cannot bring out own gown it stated that gown are available for hire, Then we pay additional R50 for what, this was not communicated. I was not the only unhappy person there, send a message to all students to get there feedback and don't send an automated reply to say thanks for the feedback. Do something about it, Sending emails to your support@milpark email address is useless,
