Unfair treatment, emotional and financial abuse by Milpark

I paid Milpark last year for 3 modules that I wanted to study this semester, today i was told that I am late for 1 module which i paid for. The person that I spoke to was so unhelpful, not sympathetic, all she said was I can't answer on behalf of a student advisor who was helping you. This specific module is only offered in 1st semester. Firstly I was supposed to write another module on 31 March, a week later I get an email saying I can no longer write, Milpark has changed the program, I must register for the new module and pay. Worse they only tell me this after the program has started and i can'tget in the current semester. Again I was told I was late. Milpark is very abusive and no one account, they say what they want without even thinking about the students, the amount we pay and time wasted. The amount of frustration I endured through milpark this year in just 2 months will send me to Psychiatric hospital. It's like the don't want to see student graduate. They decisionsare always against their students and male them pay more, that time their fees are exorbitant.
