Unfair Fees Charged for Missed Exam – Milpark Education

I have already paid R37,500 in school fees to Milpark Education in 2023. I am now being asked to pay an additional R41,310 for an exam I could not write in Oct/Nov 2023 due to illness. I submitted a deferral application with my doctor’s note, followed all procedures, and was not given the opportunity to write a sick exam. Despite multiple follow-ups, including waiting hours with no response and I am now expected to pay for a service I never received. This is an enormous and unfair financial burden. Paying would only make sense if I had voluntarily skipped the exam. I am seeking a fair and reasonable resolution immediately.
