Unfair Denial of Late Registration for CSTU01-7

I am extremely disappointed with Milpark Education’s decision to deny me late registration for the Case Study module (CSTU01-7). Due to academic policy, I was unable to register for this module until my prerequisite results were released. I wrote the rewrite exam for the prerequisite on the 16th of July, and the results were only released on the 30th of July — a delay entirely outside of my control.

Despite this, and the fact that no tests or assignments for CSTU01-7 have been missed, I am still being denied registration. I have only missed two live sessions, which should not be a barrier, as these are usually recorded and should be available for students to watch in their own time.

I have also indicated my willingness and commitment to catch up on all content. This decision feels both unreasonable and unfair, especially given the circumstances.

I respectfully request that this matter be properly investigated and reconsidered with fairness and academic integrity. Students who are actively trying to complete their qualifications should not be penalised for administrative delays they cannot control.
