********* Education practices/unfair student treatments/ please assist

I am very distressed with the service received by Milpark Business School and would this matter to be resolved amicably

my name is Mpho Motau student number at Milpark 197933

the School send out the below Email saying supplementary Exams will Close on the 5th of January 2018 and should students need help with the registration or Encounter Problems they must contact the student Services department on ********** or contact the programme director for assistance with the Registraion

I have been calling the school from the Second of January 2018 and the phone was just ringing and no Answer from the school phone

i wanted assistance with the Registration for the subject and information on it and no 1 was available to help.For some reason that I once had communication with the Lady Called Tshalane Motlalekgomo .An Email was send to student services and she was included in the Email just incase she was still working since no communication had occured between me and the lady asking them to process Both Applications

An email was received from the school processed by Kismia Davids was received asking if they should proceed with the registration and i Responded saying and gave them the go ahead to proceed..From there on nothing was said and it was silent from there onwards.

I called the school and send email seeing that the closing date for registration was approaching and no answer

on the 8th of January a day before the Exam i called the school and asked to speak to the programme director who was stil Motlalepule Tshalane We spoke aty 8:30 and she promised to call back or ask someone to call back in 2 hours -2 hours passed and still no call -I called the school Again since i had to ask for leave and wanted information on the Exam and how to pay and what to do..THE vENUE AND TIME WILL BE COMMUNICATED BEFOR THE 17:00 WHEN THEY CLOSE -She advised me to go home and relax and wait for the Supplementary registration to be finalized -and SMS was later receivedon the 8th advicing that the exam was processed -no Time and Venue was provided about the Exam

I later took the initiation to drive back to work at 23:00 and check if maybe an Email was send out with the Venue and time.and to my suprise nothing was send out -i sent an Email to the school asking to be called in the morning the day of the Exam to be informed of the Exam..I studied and rested and went to study at work the next day..I was very stressed and could not keep anything in my head since i was worried about the Exam Venue and time

-at 8:32 on the 9th of January I received and Sms advising of the - a CALL was received at 10:32 form the programme director Tshalane informing me about the Venue and time - I told her i will not be able to go to JHB as I was in PRETORIA and not Fami**** with the Area and considering the fact that I was under tremendous stress I could not force to go write -i requested that the Exam be moved to another date or Time and she said it was not possible -She however said the money Paid for the supplementary exam that was supposed to be written on the 9th of January will be paid into the Account and can be used to register for the Second Exam

on the 10th of January out and Email to her and student services asking about the second exam to be written on the 15th of January.. seconddo Email was asked requesting information and nothing HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED ABOUT THE REGISTRATION

I am being advised that the Programme director that i will not be given another chance to write the Exam and will have to repeat the entire module in 2018.No feedback is communicated about the payment of the module and how it is going to happen

I NEED HELP TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND WRITE BOTH Tests and the outcome of the results will determine weather its passed or failed

the matter is not handled professionally and Milpark staff was on leave in december while I was studying for Exams only to encounter problems with registering and communication about the exams in time

this is unproffesional,money wasted and time consuming

please help with this matter ASAP because they do not seem to be taking the students request seriosly..this is Causing me a lot of stress and frustration as I have to juggle between being a single parent and work as work as school and this is not the schools problem but mine but they need to Deliver at a 100% always

THE school is being operated like a ****a shop and I can just imagen what other students are going through
