Unbelievable bad service
Very relaxed team that have no sense or urgency. The website is very 2020, it's not updated to cater for online learning. A lot of struggle to navigate the site and everything you are looking for is hidden underneath something. The helpdesk answers 10 days after you logged the case. Reception keeps saying 'speak to the help desk'. Lecturers or tutor assistants are not available. It is just a nightmare. No help! No sense of urgency!

02 Sept 2025, 10:39 Additionally, in an effort to assist, please explain why we must not have tutor support and why studying is done without assistance. What use does a module tutor serve if they are unable to occasionally offer an online course to aid students in understanding the module? I suppose that since we all learn on our own, why are there lectures and tutors specifically for each module?
