Unable to contact Milpark Education by phone or mail

I have been trying to contact Milpark Education via email since 19 March 2021 on "***" as I am existing student. I get an automated response vowing to attend to my query within 24 hours. To date I have not received their promised reaction to my query. How are you expected to study through such an uncaring, unprofessional and useless college? This is not good enough Milpark Education! Do you want my business or not?
