Train your staff or keep losing business

The staff aren't very knowledgeable. Wanted to enroll my sister as an international student but they insisted I would need to get a study visa to apply/register, which obviously makes no sense because you need to have a valid offer from an institution to receive a study visa and visas are issues with the restriction to study that program at that school.

There are several institutions that offer the same courses with more competent support staff. I even did the work for the salesperson and explained to her what the process would be, with links and all but she then decided to start ignoring my emails. You're better off elsewhere.
