The service from Milpark is not even pathetic, it is non-existent...
Payment towards my outstanding account was made 2024/12/06. On 2025/01/09 i received a message that i have been handed over to Debt Tracker for the arrears account. Responded on the same day with proof of payment (which was also sent previously). Requested feedback on 2025/01/13. Debt Tracer confirmed that they are waiting for statements from Milpark. Followed up again on even date, NO FEEDBACK. The service from Milpark is not even pathetic, it is non-existent...
