Textbook Delivery Delay

I have registered for three courses so far this year and the second time I registered it took a two weeks to recieve my books because I had to confirm my address. I registered for BUSL on the 19th of July and have still not recieved my textbooks. I emailed the support email on 16/07 and there was no response so i emailed on 18/07 and they just said that there was a confusion about my address but they did not contact me all this time about it and from the last time that I registered I already confirmed my address.

its been over a month (24 business days) since I have registered and I've still not recieved my textbooks.
