Terrible service e

I've had nothing terrible experience with millpark and I'm not even a student yet I'm just trying to apply but they're not picking up their phones. When I try to apply online it gives me an error, the consults are inefficient and even when I get hold of them they promise to escalate this query for me and call me back but it doesn't happen. Last Consultant I spoke to was Cara and she promised to call me back. I can already expect to have issues once I become a student if I'm already experiencing issues at application stage
