I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have experienced from Milpark Education. As an institution that prides itself on providing quality education and support to its students, my recent interactions have left me deeply disillusioned.

Firstly, I would like to highlight the considerable difficulties I encountered during the admissions process. Despite my best efforts and numerous attempts, it took me months to navigate through the admissions procedure. This prolonged delay not only caused immense stress but also significantly hindered my ability to plan effectively for my studies.

Furthermore, my current ordeal in attempting to register for a module has only compounded my dissatisfaction. The registration process has been marred by extensive delays, with wait times exceeding an hour to speak with a customer service representative. This is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for the valuable time of your students.

Specifically, I have been attempting to seek assistance from Priscilla Mthiyane, whom I was advised to contact for support. However, despite my persistent efforts, it has been nearly impossible to reach her. Despite sending numerous emails requesting her assistance and asking for a callback, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the integrity of your institution.

To exacerbate matters, I would like to emphasize that I am a recipient of a bursary to study at Milpark. Given the abysmal level of service I have encountered, I am compelled to inform my employer of my negative experiences. I will strongly recommend that they reconsider their association with Milpark Education for any future educational endeavors.

In light of these circumstances, I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and improve the overall standard of service provided to your students. Effective communication and efficient processes are fundamental aspects of any reputable educational institution, and it is imperative that Milpark Education upholds these standards.
