TERRIBLE SERVICE

If I could rate your service zero stars, I would. As a student, being forced to take such extreme measures to obtain a basic fee statement is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

For the past 2 to 3 weeks, I have:

Logged multiple cases

Made repeated phone calls

Clearly explained, more than once, that I need a detailed statement showing all 2025 registered modules with associated costs, and reflecting a zero balance (as payment has already been made)

Despite assurances that the issue was understood and would be resolved, I continue to receive the wrong invoice.

Your service is appalling, and your staff appear untrained and unprepared to handle basic administrative tasks. At this point, it feels more like I’m dealing with a circus than a professional institution.

This matter is urgent. I need the correct statement today.
