Terrible registration experience

Highly frustrated with this institution. All i want is to split my cta bridging course modules over a year instead of 6 months. My student advisor, though helpful in the past, has failed to assist me with this request after several emails. Can someone PLEASE help me to get my modules in order because classes have already started.
