Supplementary Exam

Supplementary Exam Received my results on 02 May at 12H23 and was informed that I am writing a supplementary exam on 04 May and I am auto registered.

Tried contacting Student Support at Milpark via email and telephone to ask how can they expect me to write a supplementary exam at such short notice and is there no way that it can be postponed. Also wanted to know how do I access the supplementary exam link, seeing that there is nothing on the portal indicating that there is a supplementary exam available.

I am a part time student and working in a corporate environment and you can just drop everything and move on to studies. It would have been nice if they stick to what the guide which says that you have 5 days to register for the supplementary exam.

Still no feedback received after numerous emails and phone call escalations.

Terribly disappointed in the lack of service received from them seeing that it is costly to study through them.
