Supplementary exam ****

Ever since i started studying with Milpark, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. I will start from the first year, when Milpark was sold to us it was nothing but the best. then I had a query and wanted to get credits from my previous institution. ( which I was told I will get before I could apply) then I had to courier the original documents to Johannesburg offices. The consultant who was assisting me a the time kept telling me she has not received the documents. I had to send the THREE TIMES, and still the response was "no I haven't received them" only when I suggested for the documents to be hand delivered by a friend the story changed to "oh I have received your documents". I let that one go. I see now that Milpark does not want their students to pass as their fees high, I recently received my result for a module and i got final mark 45%. and I sent a query for a supplementary exam which I was told that I need to get 45% as final exam mark. (mind you, this is not the first time i query this) the confusion is that in their assessment guide and student handbook says you need to obtain 40%. I'm literally left with 2 module and it will be hard for me to change institutions. Milpark is the only institution that students don't qualify for a supplementary exam if they obtain 45%!!! which make you wonder , if an audit happens with then if yes then who. I wonder if the CEO is aware of the backlash Milpark is getting as i did my own research and everyone I chat with is not happy with Milpark. Now I don't even know where I will get the funds to re-do a module where I clearly suppose to write as a supplementary.
