Study materials

It's almost a month and I still have not received all my study materials. I've had to confirm my address 3times and had followed up numerous times. What confuses me is only one study guide was delivered, thereafter I've had to confirm my address to receive the others as it was apparently sent back. This is absolutely ridiculous 3 calls have been logged and no feedback has been given. The semester has already started! So when will I receive my study materials??
