Student Advisor Incompetency

How difficult can it be for registration process? It been over 2 weeks and I was supposed to register for ICB and now it's closed. The student advisor does not have enough Information I had to go to the internet to find the information I was looking for. She doesn't care to explain to me. I asked her to direct me to another student advisor Priscilla Mthiyane and she didn't even get back to me to show that she doesn't even care about her job. She is very rude and I don't think she must work as a customer advisor because she fails to explain simple things.
