Shamefully disappointing

I have enrolled my daughter in 2019 there and have been especially patient during 2021 for them to get their communication and lecturing in order. I just found out now that they will no longer never reemploy contact classes. How could they change this in the middle of a course. After visiting their office Dec 2020, I was personally guaranteed that they will start again. If a lecturer can not help student to understand the study material and advice them to ask their parents or family members to help them is concerning. And their default answer when asking for help is " This is work they should already know."

My other daughter had to start in 2022 but we have serious concerns.
