Service on student support - non existent

I am truly so frustrated with Milpark, firstly I have been receiving statements stating that my account is not paid up, however I have been sending them proof since January that the whole qualification was paid for, then they said that the consultant never made a note that it was paid for even though he said because the qualification was paid for in 2022 I will only pay the 2022 fee, now it’s a different story, I eventually received confirmation from the accounts department in May this year that my account will be rectified, now I cannot get my results as it still states I am owing them money, not just this but with the one exam they did not advise us that times changes on the exam and we did not finish, so I had to go through the deferral process, thinking that I passed the subject as they released the formative results, I canceled the deferral, but now I cannot see if I passed or not. Client services is non existent at Milpark, you phone them they say that someone will phone you back just for that to never happen, you email them, you get a reference number, but again no response. I cannot get clarity on my status at Milpark, this is basically the same service I received at Unisa, and Milpark is suppose to be this ‘world-renowned’ institute. This place is BS. I can see by the rating on Hello Peter that this institution has gone so backwards, and students are being charged so much money to study with Milpark only to be seen as a wallet where they can get more money from.

If there was a minus rating to give to Milpark I would have done that. - Please avoid studying at Milpark, you will pay student fees that are so expensive but not get anything from them.
