Service is disaapointing
I would like to know if Milpark Education is ****ming me, where I completed a course and have not received my certificate. They requested that I pay a fee of R120 and I paid on 17 November 2023 and to date my emails are being ignored and when I contact the call centre a lady named Melanie (very rude and disrespectful) says I must wait 48hours and an advisor will call me . I follow-up with Milpark on a weekly basis and no responses to date. I even asked for a letter of completion in the meantime but i am being ghosted.
