The worst experience ever. A total waste of time and money. I communicated with a consultant who was assigned to assist me with my registration. I registered and paid. The entire time i kept asking why does my application status still show pending and she assured me number of times that all is well and i will be able to write my exams, i asked about the assignments and she said "don't worry we still have time" she sent me a letter to apply for admission as i had not registered the previous semester, i signed and sent it back. I kept sending emails to her with enquiries and she did not respond as my registration status still showed pending. I could not write the exams because she had misinformed me, didn't reply to my emails until another lady called me. I requested refund and they sent me a process of how to request refund. I still couldn't access the page as my application status still shows pending, i sent them the screen shot. The same lady that caused all of this stress was asked to assist me and she still hasn't said a word as usual, i wasted an entire semester, time and effort, went on study leave and all this for nothing . It's been weeks now. I want my money back!!!
