Same exam mark allocated

I have been studying in Milpark since 2015 and I was passing my modules and even received distinctions. The problem started with Financial Management 2, I have written 4 exams since 2022. I'm unable to graduate because the final mark is either 47% or 48%, which means it's a fail. My exams excluding year assessment are always 42 or 41 which means I'm always getting the same mark. Last year the Program Manager intervened and asked why I didn't get a supp since my results were 3% away from 50% and that's when I qualified. This year it's 48% again with the same exam mark again and there's no supp allocated.

Milpark can't even provide me with proof of my exam papers so it's their word or nothing.

I know I'm not the only one who's being exploited by this institution.
