Why is that I have to struggle to get anything from you.

Thank you for escalating your concerns. 

I believe that our student advisors have been in contact with you and we have managed to finalise your admission onto the qualification. 

I have emailed you the admission approval letter as requested. 

I have asked our consultants to get in touch with you to assist with the registrations.

As discussed telephonically, you have received the admission letter but the letter you require is an RPL letter which I have escalated to your Programme Manager. She understands that this document is urgent. 
I will update you as soon as I receive feedback.
