****** of the registration fees

I have been studying with Milpark since 2015, but 2nd semester this year was the worst experience that I could have had in Milpark. I had a personal incident that lead me to stress and anxiety and was seeing a psychologist. I notified the school and Zakiyah Bellim said they wanted supporting documents of what I was informing them about. I wanted to postpone my studies to next semester as I was not coping at all. I later asked my psychologist for a psychological report and submitted it but they declined my application. They said I submitted the documents late. When I started enquiring about the decline they said they will give me a discount on repeat of those modules. They said it would be something like R550 per module by that time I had paid R11090 for 2 modules. I found that unfair considering that I did not even write an assignment nor tests and didn't qualify to write exams. I cannot be ****** like this. This is hard earned money that would have been used for something else. This is a wrong impression to us as students and it shows that our wellbeing means nothing to you all you care about is our money. I want the refund.
