Results released as DNW after I wrote and exam, Milpark is a ****

I wrote an exam and my results were not released, instead the status says DNW which stands for did not write, how is that possible when I wrote and submitted like I did with the other exam, please release my results, that is my last module to complete the qualification, you cannot **** me like this

It is extremely disappointing to see how lightly matters are handled at this institution. How can you claim that my exam is null and void due to a room scan? I have successfully completed over 13 proctored assessments with you and have never encountered this issue before. During the exam, I experienced technical difficulties, which I reported to your technical support team at the time. Withholding my results is unfair, especially since this is my final module. I request that you provide evidence of this allegation immediately. The issue seems to lie with your system, which clearly needs improvement, rather than placing the blame on students. How many others have failed the scan? This should reflect on the effectiveness of your processes, not on the students. Release my results ASAP so I can get done with you

When can I expect feedback from you? It's unfair to accuse me of irregularity without providing evidence. I’m concerned that by the time you respond, I might be told that the timeframe to lodge an appeal has expired, even though the delay is on your side. This is totally unfair
