Registration Nightmare

I have received Terrible service for my registration... I have received quotation on the 2nd of February 2023 for my registration and I also made payment that day but till today I am still not registered. I have sent numerous emails with no response; I also called the reception who has not solved anything. I have been patient, but your service is HORRIBLE AND FUSTRATING!!! someone please sort out my registration!!!!
