Registration fees paid but no communication from school

It sucks that if one needs something actioned with the school they first need to take it to hello peter, well I paid the registration fees and sent through proof of payment for further actioning. No response yet AGAIN. Please get back to me regarding the study materials and study schedules as this seems to be the only way to communicate with the school.
