Registration

Can i please get assistance, I made payment for Online Short Course: 1st Level Regulatory Exams Support for Representatives on the 23 January and received email for me to do registration on the 24th.

I have been trying to register since then but when i get to the choose your subject and exam details section the whole area is greyed out and i cannot proceed. I have been calling sending email since then and it has been a week without no assistance. Every time i call in i must leave my details to be contacted but no one ever calls back. I have been told every time it will be within 24hours but i have been waiting for a week now. I do understand busy period and all but if you guys are not managing then hire more people as we are paying and we cannot be frustrated by just a mere registration and your reception is just as useless as they cannot even answer a simple question

This is very frustrating as i have to give answers to the company as they are the ones who have done the payments and now i cannot register.
