Refusal to allow entry to graduation

I have had a misunderstanding with regards to RSVP of my graduation attendance on the 19th February 2015, as i was under the impression that i had already RSVP'd to the event. I received a sms on the 11th December 2014, and a few weeks after that i had logged onto the Milpark system and accepted the invite.<br> However when i phoned student services to confirm if all was in order they informed me that i have not RSVP'd to the event. They informed me to send an email to [Email Removed] which i duely sent.<br> <br> However i get a response in RED, BIG and BOLD letters that i am not able to attend the graduation and they will post my qualification.<br> <br> This is shocking service to say the least from a profession instituion.<br> <br> What is the use of student services when they cannot help you in the time of need???<br> <br> Regards,<br> Wesley Chetty<br>
