Refunding

This college used to be good before this Covid because online exams it's a disaster with it. I couldn't write my exam during 1 semester because their IT people failed to connect me with exam and my exam was postponed to second semester and still they failed me so much. Was so disappointed with the college for wasting my money,my time for nothing.now I need my refund n they are busy telling me that I can't be refunded is late I must re register the module again. And unfortunately I can't remember register because I have already registered with another institution for next. I really need my money back.
