Refund my money!!!!
Im so tired of dealing with this College. This is my second time this year having to come to hello peter about this institution. Iv been trying to get my refund since I canceled my qualification but they keep sending me back and forth its been 4 months login and re login requests. What does one really have to do to get service from this company?? Can I not escalate this matter to the obadsman as I'm tired of dealing with Milpark right nw

I would like to kindly refer you to the previous communication that was sent to you on 11 April 2025, regarding the processing of your refund request.
Please be advised that, in accordance with our Finance Department’s procedures, we are only able to initiate and complete the refund process once all the required documentation has been received and verified. At present, we are still awaiting the outstanding documents from your side.
We kindly request that you submit the necessary documentation at your earliest convenience to avoid further delays in the processing of your refund.

Do you think I would come here without sending necessary documents am I stupid? The sent the docs more than three times and the last time was 2 days ago
