REFERENCE NUMBER 220346 WES*** REQUEST

I am experiencing a delay in feedback. I requested Milpark Education to forward my transcripts to World Education Services. I sent the first request on the 6th of March 2023 and this request has taken 3 months. I also completed the request on the student portal but it is still not finalised.

I did courier the transcripts that they emailed to me and paid 56 dollars and I also paid R300 to Milpark Education.

At the rate it's going I am going to ask them to refund me the amount I paid and over and above that request them to pay me the amount of 56 dollars which is equivalent to R1049.00 rands.

The last feedback received was on the 12th of June 2023. It is really frustrating as this is delaying my application.

I would really appreciate proper feedback detailing a way forward not an automated response,
