Re-order of NQF 5 Certificate not received , outstanding since 12.12.2023. Pathetic service

I re-ordered my NQF 5 Higher Certificate in Banking & on 12.12.2023 Lorraine Hina confirmed my delivery address. Still haven't received it. E-mailed her as well as *** ref CAS75073 B3N1X6 to follow up with no replies. Phoned the Milpark call centre last week , was promised Lorraine will give me feedback in 10 minutes , no phone call. Spoke to Graduation dep today was told they would escalate for me. Sent a message to Milpark on Facebook today at 9:29 am , got an auto response with no reply as yet.
