Quality degrading annually

I really had the worst experience with an online exam. The format of the document was not working and there was no proper assistance provided. It resulted in me getting very bad marks. Milpark used to be good, but after my fourth year with them, I won't recommend them anymore. They are turning into the next UNISA.
