Qualification faced out - I cannot be issued with a Certificate for what i passed

<p>I registered with Milpark business school in 2008 and did a qualification called "BANKFAIS Fit and Proper" and i passed all 7 subjects allocated to me for that module. And i never received a cerificate only the statement od results. And, now when i call them to ask for a copy of my certificate, they are saying "They faced-out the qualification therefore, they cannot give me a cerificate". How is that, my faulty or why should i suffer, foirfeit my money time and qualifiucation simply bacause things have changed. When i did my grade 12, it was called stanard 10 but that name change or upgrade soes not change the fact that i paid, worked and passed and i should have a qualification to SHOW FOR IT. I need a cerificate, a change does not wipe out history.</p>
