Proctorio Sucks

I would like to suggest that Milpark relook the whole "Proctorio" thing, I understand the reasons for it and agree 100% with the way they are going. However, I don't think the "Proctorio" system works at all. I've written three exams and there are always endless problems, and when you contact support, usually when you have no time left to complete your exam, you got cross-questioned as if you're the guilty party. Luckily I could submit my exam, but for the people who couldn't...does this mean they have to take time away from their jobs again to rewrite? when this could have been avoided...
