Poor technical support
Technical support is a joke. My sister is writing an exam today but can't excess the exam due to a password technical issue. No one is helping on technical support tab she is been waiting 30min please her call *** .she is loosing time

Kindly be advised I have contacted Nonkululeko and we have reached a resolution. I can confirm she was assisted accordingly and we have sent out announcements to all students who received the password error.
