Poor support during admissions

I am currently in the process of applying for PGDA at Milpark and am on step 2 of the process. I have uploaded all my necessary documents, however, keep receiving emails saying my ID, statement of results and marriage certificate are outstanding. I have re submitted my ID and statement of results numerous times and I am unmarried hence do not have a marriage certificate. I have tried calling the call centre with no response and have tried emailing multiple people without receiving any assistance. I even clicked the button on the application asking for assistance and have still not received any help whatsoever.

This is rather disappointing especially since I have heard from others that the PGDA at Milpark is one of the best. It has also lead to much anxiety on my side as I was told that there is a deadline of 2 weeks to submit these documents and I only have a week to get this resolved.
