Poor services

So I submitted a wrong assignment 23 hours before closing date only to find out I submitted cover pages not the whole assignment and closing date was 10Nov. On the 30 of Nov 2 days before the results came out I was then informed of the error that was made. I was advised to resubmit the assignment to the assessment department which I did on the same day around 15h10. To my surprise I thought the matter would be resolved quickly as I'm the only student from my group who made the error but currently I'm disqualified from writing an exam since I have not met all the requirements. I have been sending emails, calling almost everyday with the response " dearest Kgomotso we waiting for the assessment department" yet there's no proper feedback.
