Poor service rendered by Milpark

Was scheduled to write my exam in Harare and the institution confirmed they were sending the paper to the invigilator on the 3rd of October 2018. I was scheduled to write on the 2nd of November and there was no paper at the venue. I discovered this one the 1st sent strings of emails which no one responded to and one the day of the exam I made endless calls to the institution and eventually they emailed the paper. What irritates me most is that it's now 16h38 the institution has had no decency to atleast fabricate a story and make a **** apology no they dont care. I wrote this paper livid after them not being fazed by my frustration. Believe it or not I was advised by the invigilator that the paper was emailed to him they said nothing to me. I'm confused very confused the institution is imparting knowledge on how customers are to be treated and how businesses should me managed when they dismally fail to handle such issues. It's annoying to have to write a business ethics paper while questioning a lot about the institution. I'm very annoyed I regret registering with them and I'm actually wondering if I wont be penalised for going public about this but it's really shattering.
