POOR SERVICE & *********** STUDENT ADVISORS

We had a group project for Technology and innovation management as a summative assessment instead of writing an exam, I fully participated on the project since from when we started with it with my team members until the day we submitted the final project, my team members have received their results and I haven't received mine, when I checked my results on the portal its says I did not submit, meanwhile the lecturer instructed us to have a group leader that will summit the project on behalf of the group as we cannot all summit the same project, I sent an email to Milpark quering the status of my results, I got automated responses later I then received an email from Isadora advising me that he/she will escalate the matter and provide feedback, till to-date I am still waiting for my results, no communication from Milpark, but they're too quick to inform us that the registration for next year are open, yet their service is so disgusting and very frustrating, their student advisors are so ***********, I cant wait to finish my course with Milpark and I wouldn't recommend anyone to study with them their service is so pathetic, their just expensive for nothing, what matters to them is money, and their fees they don't match the level of service their offering, I regret studying through them, this is so frustrating and annoying. And I wont be surprised if they ask me to redo the module because they're money making scheme.
