Poor Service Delivery

Greetings<br> <br> my name is Primrose Hlophe I am a new student at milpark education with student number 242796 my contact number is ***,<br> <br> ever since I registered with the institution i never had good service at all, at the moment i need to submit my assignment however i need to log on line to get the assignment questions, i was given a password via sms to use to log in but the password is not working never worked actually, when i call the institution i will be transferred from one person to the other ( blind transfer) with out getting any assistance or what so ever, this is really frustrating as for me to qualify for an exam is to submit an assignment .
