Poor Service

Milpark has just given me the worst experience ever. They have me a time as to when the exam will become available and when it will close but surprisingly it closed 4 hours before the time. When I raised this with Milpark, I was advised that I need to pay for this. How must I pay for an error from the institutions side? I politely asked them to review this and they declined it. We already paying so much for the module and now we must pay extra for **** that wasn't our fault. I wouldn't recommend anyone to study with Milpark. Really disappointed
