Poor Service

I have been attempting to obtain my original certification from Milpark Business School for over a month. Not only was I not issued one initially, but I was also required to make a payment to receive it. After submitting the necessary payment and logging a case, I was informed three days later that the amount paid was insufficient—despite the cost being clearly stated on the website. I promptly settled the outstanding amount on the same day. However, I later discovered that my inquiry had been closed without any further response or feedback, despite my payment being processed.

I find this process highly inefficient and unprofessional. The lack of communication and how current students are treated is deeply disappointing. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of Milpark Business School, and I cannot, in good faith, recommend it to others.
